Touch and Feel Returns

We sincerely recommend that you take advantage of our “Touch and Feel” offer before making your final bedding purchase. Items ordered through this program are shipped at our expense and are fully refundable if returned in it's original condition, original packaging within ten (10) days. This option allows ample time for fabric and color coordination in your own home before making your final choice. All other merchandise may be returned only with prior authorization from an Elegant Linens associate.

General Merchandise Returns

Merchandise return authorization may be obtained Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time at 1-800-735-5541. If merchandise was purchased and mailed within the continental US and returned within thirty (30) days of purchase in original, unopened packaging, a credit card refund will be processed after the application of a 15% restocking fee or a store credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchase.  We cannot accept returns on open packaging, please take advantage of our "Touch and Feel Program" to preview the merchandise prior to purchase to assure your satisfaction with product.  No returns will be authorized on special or custom orders, discounted, discontinued or monogrammed items.

NO-RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, DISCOUNTED, DISCONTINUED MERCHANDISE OR MONOGRAMMED ITEMS - Special orders include all of Eastern Accents Bedding.  The custom bedding is not returnable.  All of our bedskirts are special order - they cannot be returned.  Certain Items may be marked as special order on the website and are not returnable.

Items purchased or mailed out of the Continental US are non-returnable.
