What is the
Touch and Feel Program? |
|
Examine our luxury bedding in your
home. Purchase a PILLOW CASE or a SHAM for
up to four different patterns to
determine the suitability of the colors for your décor. This
PILLOW CASE or SHAM will also give you an idea
of quality and hand feel of these luxury
linens. We pay the outbound shipping. The
bedding purchased under this program is
fully refundable when returned within 15
days in the original packaging. On the bottom of our detail web
pages we display the luxury linens order options. The
first option is always the Touch and Feel
Program. It is difficult to determine the
exact color and the quality of luxury bedding from a
computer screen. The Touch and Feel Program allows
you to purchase linens online with confidence. Our Touch and Feel Program
is very important due to our strict return policy.

Shipping Costs |
|
If you live in the continental US the shipping
charges below apply: (Alaska, Hawaii, and International Shipping
costs are all determined based on location - we will inform you
of the shipping costs prior to delivery) We ship
everything but Touch and Feels via UPS Ground. We will email you
with anticipated date of delivery. If you prefer UPS
overnight or other UPS option please enter this in the "special
instructions" and we will advise you of any additional shipping
charges via email or phone. "Touch and Feels" are normally
expedited by shipping USPS priority mail to arrive within 2-3
days. Some
items may have an additional charge if they are particularly heavy.
(i.e.. hardboard placemats have
an additional $5.00 Shipping Charge added)

At Elegant Linens we will happily provide a personalized gift certificate in any dollar amount
with a hand written message on a lovely gift card. Please call
us at our toll free number with the recipient's name, address,
dollar amount and the message you wish to include. |

Gift Wrapping |
|
Elegant Linens of Park City offers gift wrapping
at a very small fee. We
have two lovely gift paper options. For only $5.00 per
package we include a box, enclosure card with a handwritten
sentiment, wrap and ribbon. You can choose gift wrapping
from the cart window. If you wish your gift to
be shipped directly to the recipient, please enter their address
directly into the shipping category when you check out with
sentiments in the special instructions section.

Monogramming |
|
Custom monogramming is offered on our fine
linens. Please allow an extra week for delivery on monogrammed
merchandise.

are not returnable. All Hankie Monogramming is 1/2 inch. |

Ordering and Back Orders |
You will receive an email confirmation of your
online order within 24 hours of placing the order. We will also
send you an email with the approximate delivery date of your
order within three working days. We will do our best to
inform you of the approximate shipping time for back orders as
well.
If available, overnight orders must be placed no later than
12:00 noon EST the previous day.
Since our specialty merchandise comes from all over the world,
availability and shipping times may vary. We will let you know
of any delays or backorders. If part of your order is not in
stock, you may choose to have it partially shipped, or we can
hold your order and ship it when it is complete.

Payment and Credit
Card Security |
We ship throughout the USA and accept Visa, MasterCard and
American Express. We do not process your credit cards
online to insure the utmost privacy and security. Our
sales associates verify the order prior to processing your
credit card. All data is encrypted
before it is sent over the Internet via Americart.
We will not share your information with any other organization.
Should you wish to pay by check, a phone order will be required
using our toll-free number. Your purchase will be shipped after
the funds have cleared, which may delay your order by 3 weeks.
